Home Health Billing | From No Payment to Payment in under 10 Days!

When CareSmart Billing signed a home health agency in OH, the CSB team had several major issues to manage.

The most critical issue that this client was facing was the fact that the agency had received no payments from any insurance carriers including Medicare since February. 

The second critical issue is that the client had recently signed a contract with a new software vendor. 

CSB's first priority when signing a new client is to insure that the revenue stream is flowing and this is the first issue we tackled.  The CSB team reviewed all the claims including existing rejections.  Working with the agency owner, the CSB team was able to submit both new and corrected claims in a matter of days from signing with us, resulting in the agency receiving its first payment within 10 days and a second payment within 15 days.

Once the revenue stream was restored for this home health agency, the CSB team coordinated with both software vendors to facilitate a seemless transition for this client.   

As you might imagine our client is ecstatic and very happy with the progress that has been made from our CareSmart Billing Team in such short time.
