When CareSmart Billing signed a home health agency in FL, the CSB team had to immediately gain trust from our new client.

The owner of the agency was currently doing all the billing on their own. The main reason she was looking to outsource her billing was to allow her to focus more of her efforts on Marketing for the agency. Due to many changes in healthcare laws, specifically in the state of FL, agencies are going through difficult times.
